Sans comprendre pourquoi, un jour, elle entend cet appel et copie une toile pour tester ses capacités, c’est tout de suite une réussite. De Nouméa, en Nouvelle-Calédonie où elle résidait, à Monaco, en passant par la Côte d’Azur, et surtout grâce au destin et à certaines rencontres, elle explose rapidement dans le milieu artistique avec son style original basé sur un divisionnisme primaire des formes et des représentations aboutissant à de grandes compositions.

As if breathed in by a call from destiny, art enters Nana A’s life to create an innovative path, full of power and sensitivity. Without understanding why, one day she hears this call and copies a painting to test her abilities; this is immediately a success. From Nouméa, in New Caledonia, where she lived, to Monaco, passing through the Côte d’Azur, and above all thanks to destiny and specific encounters, she quickly exploded onto the art scene with her original style based on a primary divisionism of forms and representations, resulting in large-scale compositions.

Some compare her work to that of the great Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.

Pourtant, tout vient de son propre travail de recherche entre l’harmonie et l’équilibre. Au départ, elle a besoin de se surprendre. A la lumière du jour, elle crée un lien avec la toile, s’y plonge et le temps s’oublie. Pour Nana A, l’art est avant tout un rêve : elle l’a dans les tripes et son inventivité transporte le spectateur dans un monde onirique. La maitrise du pinceau est venue naturellement et tout s’enchaine très vite. A l’acrylique, elle crée des couches qui donnent une impression envoûtante.

However, it all stems from her own work and search for harmony and balance. In the beginning, she needs to surprise herself. In daylight, she creates a bond with the canvas, immerses herself in it and forgets time. For Nana A, art is above all a dream: it’s in her guts, and her inventiveness transports the viewer into a dreamlike world. Mastering the brush came naturally to her, and everything follows on very quickly. Using acrylics, she creates layers that give a spellbinding impression.
