Comme une évidence. Comme une évidence, Santa était faite pour ça, mais les circonstances de la vie ont fait qu’elle a dû patienter et suivre un chemin considéré plus sérieux. Des études plus conventionnelles, un métier reconnu, des années vécues aux États-Unis… Aujourd’hui, elle regarde son passé en souriant, en ne regrettant absolument rien, car il lui aura été formateur, l’aidant à révéler cette belle artiste qu’elle est désormais.

Enlightened and obvious. It is a foregone conclusion, Santa was made for it, but the circumstances of life forced her to be patient and to follow a more traditional path. With more conventional studies, a recognized profession and years lived abroad in the United States… she today smiles at her past, with absolutely no regret. Indeed, life has been formative for her, helping her to reveal the beautiful artist that she is now.

Santa a toujours dessiné, une véritable passion cultivée en secret au creux de son cœur en attendant de pouvoir refaire surface. Petite, elle rêvait même de travailler dans les studios Disney. Faire plaisir aux autres, rendre leur univers magique en quelque sorte, elle a toujours été comme ça. Il faut dire que nous sommes face à une belle personne, encouragée par l’amour des siens dans sa voie artistique

Santa has always drawn, a genuine passion cultivated in secret in the hollow of her heart while waiting to be able to resurface. As a child, she even dreamed to work in the Disney studios. Being able to please and create some kind of magic universe for people, is the person she has always been. We must admit, we are clearly facing a beautiful soul, encouraged by the love of her family in her artistic path.

Au départ, peu consciente de sa véritable valeur, elle ose enfin se lancer en 2017 et y croire. Cette année-là marquera le début de sa nouvelle vie, celle d’une artiste libérée. Ses sensations, ses ressentis vont surgir comme s’ils avaient été contenus trop longtemps. Elle rit en nous disant que souvent, on lui demande si « elles ne sont pas plusieurs », tellement elle ne bride plus sa créativité et peut l’exprimer sous des angles bien différents. La nature qui est sa plus grande inspiration se retrouve sublimée de mille et une façons sur des toiles colorées et envoûtantes. Des feuilles, l’océan, des éclats de vague, des volcans… Toujours en harmonie, parfois avec les mains, elle s’applique à donner sans compter, fascinée par le comportement des spectateurs qui s’attardent devant ses tableaux. Leur regard en dit souvent long, ils apprécient le paysage urbain, abstrait ou naturel, mais surtout l’instant empreint de magie.

Initially unaware of her true value, she finally boldly stepped forward in 2017 and believed in herself. This year will mark the beginning of her new life, the life of a liberated artist. Her senses, her perceptions will emerge as if they had been contained for too long. She laughs when she tells us that she is often asked if “there are not many of them”, so much so that she no longer restricts her creativity and can express it from very different angles. Nature, which is her greatest inspiration, is revealed and enhanced in a thousand ways on her colorful and enchanting canvases. Leaves, the ocean, wave bursting, volcanoes… Always in harmony, sometimes with her hands, she strives to give without restraint, fascinated by the behavior of the spectators who linger before her paintings. Their gaze often speaks more than words, they appreciate the urban, abstract, or natural landscape, but above all the magical moment.
